Dr Yuhong Xie MD, PhD, M.A.T.C.M.

Dr. Yuhong Xie graduated from Nanjing University of TCM in 1990 and has been working with the University as a lecturer and its affiliated hospitals as a doctor until 2005. In July 2005, Dr. Xie was awarded Doctorate in medicine in the field of Acupuncture and Qigong Tuina by Nanjing University of TCM in China. After 2005 he started practicing and teaching Chinese Medicine in the UK. He is now practicing as a TCM consultant at his own clinic in Llandudno (North Wales) and teaching regular courses at Shulan College Manchester.

Dr. Xie specializes in acupuncture therapy for pain management. He is also an experienced TCM practitioner with significant experience in treatment of gynecological disorders such as female infertility and PCOS.

Dr Xie is registered with the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture(UK) (ATCM) , a professional regulatory body for TCM in the UK. He is a Council Member of Specialty Committee of External Cancer Therapy of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and an Executive Council Member of TCM Preventative Treatment Specialty Committee of WFCMS . He is registered with  British Acupuncture Federation ( BAF ) too .

Dr Shunmin Yang graduated from Yangzhou Health School in China in 1990 and qualified as a Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）Nurse. Then she worked as a nurse in Jianye TCM hospital in Nanjing for 4 years. She then joined Nanjing University of TCM and pursued a 4 year training course which enabled her to qualify as a TCM practitioner in 1998. She continued working in Nanjing University of TCM, where she accumulated clinical experiences in many areas. In June 2005, Shunmin was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science in the field of Chinese materia medica by Nanjing University of TCM. Since coming to the UK in 2005, she has been practicing in Llandudno (North Wales).

She specializes in pain treatments, including that of arthritis, headache, sciatica, lower back pain. Her gynecological experience includes treating conditions such as menopause, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, morning sickness and infertility.

Dr. Yang is registered with the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (UK) (ATCM) . She is a member of the Specialty Committee of External Cancer Therapy of World Federation of Chinese Medicines Societies and a member of TCM Preventative Treatment Specialty Committee of WFCMS.   She   is registered with British Acupuncture Federation ( BAF )  too.

We offer appointments from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with sessions available for a number of problems, including:
